Do I need to pay before creating an event?
No. Every event starts with 7 days of free access and all core features. No credit card required. You only pay if you want to extend your event beyond the free period.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a specific event. No recurring charges, no auto-renewal.
Can I extend my event?
Yes. You can extend your event at any time while your gallery is still available. Choose a new plan and your access is extended from that point.
What happens when my event expires?
When your event expires, the gallery is no longer accessible to guests. You can purchase a new plan to restore access. If no plan is purchased, the gallery and all its content are permanently deleted.
What if I don’t end up using it?
If you purchased a plan but didn’t use CrowdClick at your event, contact us for a full refund.
