Yes, CrowdClick is completely free to use. Create unlimited events, invite unlimited guests, and upload unlimited photos and videos — including social features like likes, comments, and push notifications. No hidden fees, no credit card required.
How does content moderation work?
Event organizers can choose between two modes: auto-approve (photos and videos appear in the gallery immediately) or manual approval (uploads go to a review queue first). Admins can approve or reject items individually or in bulk. This feature is included free.
What privacy controls are available?
You can restrict galleries to invite-only, limit guests to seeing only their own uploads, and remove location data from photos. Control whether camera info and timestamps are visible. Admins can manage members and share duties with their team.
How many photos and videos can guests upload?
There is no limit on the number of uploads. Guests can upload photos in JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC format (up to 50 MB each) and videos in MP4, MOV, WebM, or 3GP format (up to 60 minutes and 10 GB each). CrowdClick processes each upload to create optimized viewing sizes while preserving the full-resolution original.
How do I download all the photos and videos?
Event admins can bulk-download the entire gallery as a ZIP file with one click. Guests can also download individual photos and videos from the gallery. All downloads are full resolution — exactly as they were captured.
