Wedding Photo Sharing — QR Code Gallery for Your Big Day
Collect every candid moment from your wedding. Guests scan a QR code and upload photos and videos — no app needed. Watch reactions roll in with likes and comments.
Why this matters for your wedding
Your photographer captures the planned shots — the ceremony, the portraits, the cake. But the toasts that ran long, the flower girl asleep under a table, the dance floor at midnight, and the look on your grandmother’s face during the first dance happen in dozens of places at once. The only people who catch those moments are your guests, on the phones already in their hands.
CrowdClick turns every guest into a second shooter. Put a QR code on each table card or in the order of service, and photos start flowing into one shared gallery the moment the ceremony ends. By the time you’re back from the honeymoon, you have hundreds of candid shots the professional was never standing close enough to take.
No app, no accounts, no “can you text me that photo?” in the group chat three weeks later. Guests of every age — including the relatives who fear technology — can scan and upload in under a minute.

Frequently asked questions
How do guests share photos at a wedding without an app?
Display the event QR code on table cards, the order of service, or a welcome sign. Guests scan it with their phone camera, enter their name (and email, unless you enable anonymous access), and upload instantly from any browser — iPhone or Android, no download required.
Will older relatives be able to use it?
Yes. Scanning a QR code opens the upload page automatically — there is nothing to install and no password to remember. If you enable anonymous access, guests join with just a first name, which removes almost every point of friction for less tech-comfortable guests.
Do we get the photos in full resolution for printing?
Yes. Photos are stored at original quality with no compression or watermarks, so you can print an album or enlargements. Admins can bulk-download the whole gallery as a ZIP in one click.
Can we collect videos as well as photos?
Yes. Guests can upload videos up to 60 minutes long in MP4, MOV, WebM, or 3GP. Speeches and first-dance clips are transcoded automatically so they play smoothly for everyone in the gallery.
Can we keep the gallery private to our guests?
Yes. Galleries are visible only to event members. You can run the event invite-only, restrict guests to seeing just their own uploads, and strip location data from photos. You decide who joins.
How long do we have to collect and download photos?
The free tier gives you 7 days of access, with the clock starting on the first upload. For longer engagements — a destination wedding weekend, or time to gather photos after the day — paid plans start at $4.99 one-time and extend access for months.
What if a guest uploads something we’d rather not show?
Turn on manual approval and every upload waits in a review queue until an admin approves it. You can approve or reject individually or in bulk, all from your phone during the reception.
